You will learn specifics about planning for the ride and camping by bike in general. We’ll provide route maps, show you the types of packs and gear that may be necessary for an overnight trip, and we’ll discuss how to pack for a trip if you do not currently own gear We’ll also find out from you what you need to come along: don’t have camping gear? No problem.

Coffee Blazing

The CoffeeBlazing Series will offer a chance get out early on a Sunday for an chill urban bike ride around the city (no kit required). The ride will begin and end at our shop, and take will take riders on an approx 30 mile urban ride through Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky neighborhoods while sampling coffee houses across the city then loop back to Fifty West for Brunch. Rides will be (somewhat) weather dependent.

513 Giro’d Nati

This month, we celebrate BIKE MONTH! The Giro’d Nati will take us through several Cincinnati neighborhoods, downtown Cincinnati and looping back through the East End. This ride will include challenging hills, and some time on the flat bike trail. Be prepared to climb. We’ll offer two distance options and will regroup along the way. Both routes will include one long climb. No one gets dropped, and socializing is encouraged! Happy Bike Month!

A family friendly community event featuring a bike ride and activities. We're taking 100 Blacks on Bikes to the MOTHERLAND of Cincinnati's Black population. No matter who you are or what part of town your family is from, they likely came by way of the WEST END! The bike ride, however, is reserved for people who identify as Black and all other activities are open to all!

Spring has come again, and with it, our largest fundraiser of the year! Our volunteers have poured out blood, sweat, and tears preparing for this week. We have refurbished a nice selection of bikes to fit a range of riders and riding styles, and again have a variety of organic, heirloom plant starts.

Ride for Reading Book Delivery

A national initiative based out of Nashville, Ride for Reading brings together bicyclists, schools, libraries, volunteers and other community members to create home libraries for kids, just before summer vacation starts. This year, we'll be delivering 5,000 books to students at South Avondale Elementary - enough for each child to take home 10 books!
